Mike Brixey

Mr Brixey began his career as a Federal Deposit Insurance Company Bank Examiner, where he worked for 10 years. He took that experience to banking where he worked his way up from an Assistant Vice President to Executive Vice president and COO. During this time he worked with numerous small to mid size companies providing loans, doing financial analysis and working with the SBA to assist many customers in obtaining the funding they needed to grow their business. He spent 25 years in the field of banking.
Mr Brixey then went to work with one of the major hardware wholesalers where he worked for 25 years. There he worked in the retail finance arena and for several years managed the company's internal finance company while working in the credit department. Spent time as the Western Area Credit Manager before moving into the Role of Directer of Member Finance in 2005.
In the role of Director of finance he developed several national relationships with Lenders who provided financing for the store owners. In addition he presented financial presentation to groups of store owners for over three years. He also gave many presentation at the Rental Markets and owner markets in the finance area. He worked with many owners assisting them in growing their business and meeting their goals.
Financial Consulting
We provide consulting services in some areas. We review financial statements for the past three to five years, look at trends and discuss operations with the owner.
During this process we will help the owner develop strategy to assist in being more profitable and grow the business.

Succession planning is one of the most important things you do. Whether you have a family member to whom you wish to transfer the business, or to sell the business and retire.
These are part of the decisions with which we can assist you. We will work with you to come up with a succession plan. We also do business valuation for your review.
We can list your business and keep it as confidential as you wish. Since most owners do not want to let employees know about them wishing to sell.

We assist the business owner to obtain the right amount of financing to fund the project,and provide for working capital. Whether you are looking for a business to purchase or just wanting to fund a new project we can assist.
In many cases we can review your financial data and assist you in picking the right lender to summit the loan request package. In addition we have had years of experience working with SBA lenders and can assist in developing business plans and reviewing all the necessary paper work they require.
