How to Get Started

Our Resources Page (under the Services tab at the top of the page) has several forms to help you get started.

You may call and we can discuss your project and financial needs.

A quick check list of items you will need:

-1.    Your last 3 years business financial statements. Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Business Tax Returns.

-2.    Your most current interim business financial statements. Balance Sheets & Income Statements. If you have the corresponding interim financials for the same period, but from last year, that would also be helpful for our review.

-3.    A Business Debt Schedule (We have a form for you to use.)

-4.    A Personal Financial Statement (or Combined Personal Financial Statement for you and your spouse if married). Liquidity noted on the financial statement should be supported by bank statements. ( We have the required SBA personal financial statement form)

-5.    Your last 3 years personal tax returns, with all schedules.

-6.    Projections for a 2-3 year time frame for the business. ( we will assist with this.)
